Directions to find us: We are 5 buildings north of Sweetwater. We're next to the XPress Lube location. Sweetwater is about 1/2 mile north of where Cactus and Thunderbird meet. Look for the building shown above, on the west side of the street.

What you can expect from us

• You will never have to work nights or weekends.

• You'll get bonuses, as well as tips from many of our wonderful customers.

• You'll be paid from the time you leave the office at 8:00 A.M. until your team returns to the office, including drive time.

• You don’t have to have a car or driver’s license. We supply cars and our Supervisors  drive them.

• You'll be treated with respect by the office staff, supervisors, co-workers and owners.

• You'll be patiently and thoroughly trained.

• We promote based on overall performance, not on length of employment.  

• You'll be fully protected by Unemployment, Worker’s Compensation, OSHA, bonding and insurance.

• We provide a $25,000 life insurance policy, fully paid for by the company.

• You must be at least 18 years old and speak English well.

• You must have a legal right to work. We use the Federal E-verify system to check the legal status of all employees.

• You must be able to pass a criminal background test, as well as alcohol and restricted drug tests.

• You must be physically able to clean homes all day. You will need to clean kitchen, bathroom, and some other floors on hands and knees.

• The work is not backbreaking, there’s no heavy lifting. However, the work is steady all day, except for breaks while you travel between houses and during your lunch break.

• You need to have good attendance. We understand there are times when you must be absent from work, such as attending school functions or tending ill children. On the other hand, we only employ people who want and expect to work a full 40 hour schedule.

• You need a reliable way to get to work on time. We provide transportation during the day, but you must have your own way to get to work and back home.

• You need to have a friendly attitude – we insist on our employees getting along with each other and with management and customers.

• You must be willing to work well on a team and do your share of the work.

• You must be willing to learn and follow our systems and rules of behavior, all of which are strictly enforced.
