We get an unusually large number of customers through referrals     from friends, relatives, business associates, and others.     Our supervisors must have superior training, expertise, common sense, and experience. An example     is Sue, who has  been on a cleaning team for over 16,000 cleans, mostly as Supervisor.
Your Team	It's difficult to find, hire, train and keep the best employees in the maid service field.     We've done it for over 24 years in Phoenix, AZ and we continue to do it!     On this page we list the employees who have been here the longest. You can see that 7, including     our Manager, Diane, have been here more than 8 years. Another 5 have been here more than 3 years.     No other maid service can come close to matching our record. Our Services	First of all, we are not a franchisee, and that's a very good thing. We pass  that savings on to you.     We get many of our new customers from referrals - from the friends, relatives and business associates     of our happy and loyal customers.     Most often when a customer calls, it's to extend kudos to the cleaning team.  But we also want you to     tell us if there are ways we can improve your service.     Lynn, our Quality Assurance expert, has been with us over 20 years. She visits about 1000 cleans     each year as a double check of the quality of the cleans.
Your Kitchen	In addition to the standard ways most maid services would clean your home, we do a lot of extras.     Here are a few of the special things we do that most services skip when they clean bathrooms.     We detail faucets, using a toothbrush, we clean & disinfect floors & baseboards (on hands & knees),     we clean both sides of your shower doors, we clean the tracks of your shower doors, we     clean your mirrors, removing hairspray, smears, etc.     We clean your doorknobs, light switches, etc., we fold your toilet paper hotel style, we     clean your perfume trays and your hand mirrors, and we wipe your towel & toilet paper bars.     Please see the bathrooms page for many more things we do.

Vacuuming	In addition to the standard ways most maid services would clean your home, we do a lot of extras.     Here are a few of the special things we do that most services skip when they vacuum.     We vacuum under your rugs, we comb the fringes of your rugs, we vacuum behind, between and     under furniture, we use two top quality industrial vacuums. Careers at Maids 'n More	Here are some of the things you can expect from us:     You'll never have to work nights or weekends. You'll be paid for all your hours, including drive     time. You don’t have to have a car or driver’s license. We supply the cars and our Supervisors     drive them.   We promote based on overall performance, not on length of employment.  You'll     be fully protected by Unemployment, Worker’s Compensation, and OSHA laws.     You must be at least 18 years old and speak English well.  You must have a legal right to work and     you must be able to pass a criminal background test, as well as alcohol and restricted drug tests.     You need to have a friendly attitude – we insist on our employees getting along and getting along     well with customers and pets.     You must be willing to learn and follow our systems and rules of behavior, all of which are strictly     enforced.
