Remember, most maid services don't do half what we do.


          

 

Staying power.  Some maid services specialize in one-time cleans, offering fake incentives. These companies know they won’t keep many customers in the long run, so they have to make a large profit on that first clean.


We guarantee that your 100th clean

will please you as much as your 1st.


Re-cleans.  Of course, we’re only human. If we do miss something, call us right away and we’ll return promptly to insure you are completely satisfied. Fortunately, this is seldom required.

Royalties stink!  We are not a franchisee, and that's a good thing for our customers (it's also why this isn't a very expensive website). We aren't controlled by an out-of-state corporation, so we don't have to charge an extra 5-10%  just to pay royalties. We pass that  savings on to you.

Referrals.  When you talk with Diane Morgan or Dianne Ward, you’ll see why we get many of our new customers from referrals - from the friends, relatives and business associates of our happy and loyal customers. View our referrals page to see special incentives.

Kudos.  Most often when customers call, it's to extend kudos to their cleaning teams. We really appreciate these calls and put the messages on a white board for all to see. But we also want you to tell us if there are ways we can improve your service.

Quality.  Lynn, our Quality Assurance expert, has been with us almost 20 years. She inspects cleans randomly while the team is still In the home. She also does much of the training. She started as a first time cleaner and worked her way up through Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor. You can certainly count on her.

Team.  Your team will have at least three people, sometimes four. They all speak English so you can communicate with the whole team. Incidentally, we have two systems, one for three people and the other for a four person team. They work equally well.

Assistant Supervisors. Every team has an Assistant Supervisor (as well as a Supervisor, of course). Most Assistants have filled in as Supervisors multiple times to accommodate vacations, sick days and such. So, at Maids 'n More, you'll never be without experienced personnel in your home.

Supervisors.  In the average home we clean, the supervisor checks the quality of over 180 actions and functions. This is repeated from a previous page, but it is so important it doesn't hurt to repeat it. Our Supervisors are the most experienced in the business. To work here they must have outstanding expertise, common sense, experience and be experts in pleasing customers - like you.
